Job Description

Automation Anywhere Support Specialist
 
Location: Mentor, OH (Open to remote work)
 
Responsibilities:

  • Handled monitoring and troubleshooting the Automation Anywhere environment through Control room.
  • Facilitate and administer the coordination of automations between development, test, and production.
  • Manage all new incoming automations into the designated processes for validation prior to production migration.
  • Manage resource permissions for how bots are used in development, test, and production environments.
  • Execute automations on scheduled and ah-hoc basis.
  • Work with all members of the Customer RPA team and Automation Anywhere team closely.
 
Some daily tasks and duties:
 
  • Identifying the options to automate the Manual task using Robotic Processes Automation (RPA).
  • Develop the generation of summary reports on every day run.
  • Use startup parameters and session variables for the processes.
  • Implement Login Agent in the process to reduce physical intervention.
  • Maintaining, securing and retrieving the user credentials
  • Create integration test case scenarios.
  • Assisting on Process Definition Document (PDD) and develop respective Solution Design Document (SDD).
  • Generate the automated exception reports using advanced EMAIL automation.
  • Debugging application for fixing bugs and production support.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Develop and implemented new technical solutions for production applications to interact effectively with users.
 
Desired skills and experience:
 
  • 3-5 years of domain experience in RPA with strong focus on Automation Anywhere tools.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft environment as well as networking protocols.
  • Strong Customer Service and Support capabilities
  • Highly organized and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a timely fashion
  • Great communications and people skills.

Some daily tasks and duties: · Develop the generation of summary reports on every day run. · Maintaining, securing and retrieving the user credentials · Create integration test case scenarios. · Help the process owner to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes · Assisting on Process Definition Document (PDD) and develop respective Solution Design Document (SDD). · Generate the automated exception reports using advanced EMAIL automation. · Intaking incident tickets and analysis and resolution of needed break-fix/de-bugging issues (e.g., analyze, design, build and test) · Debugging application for fixing bugs and production support. · Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotic processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. · Develop and implemented new technical solutions for production applications to interact effectively with users aligned to set standards and solution architecture. · Other duties and projects as assigned. Desired skills and experience: • 3-5 years of domain experience in RPA with strong focus on Automation Anywhere tools. • Exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in Automation Anywhere desired • Ability to exercise good judgment, with little or no supervision in high stress situations, when an RPA failure occurs that impacts a high-profile process • Proven track record of assessment, automation, business process re-engineering • Knowledge of SDLC process and Agile methodologies • Strong experience in Microsoft environment as well as networking protocols. • Experience integrating RPA with Oracle desired • Experience in process design and process improvement experience a plus • Strong Customer Service and Support capabilities • Highly organized and efficient, managing multiple priorities in a timely fashion • Great communications and people skills.
