Job Description

Responsibilities:
Only applicants residing in Minnesota or applicants relocating who can perform an in person interview will be considered.
Location- Chanhassen, MN Typical work hours Monday-Friday 11AM-7 PM
 
Handle incoming queries and help requests from end users, either via email or over the phone. Take detailed notes of the problem the user is experiencing, determine steps they can take to resolve the issue, and manage the flow of incoming support requests
Resolve as many technical issues as they arrive e.g., password resets, access requests etc
Prioritize tickets and escalate more complicated issues to other IT resources as necessary
Maintain ticket status and communication with users
Procure hardware and software
Setup PC hardware for employees
Create, edit, maintain IT documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
 
Associate degree in related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years of experience in related field
Exposure to help desk tools
Microsoft stack experience
Knowledge of networking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
