We are looking for Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technicians aka IT Support specialist. Pay range is form $18-$24 depending on experience. Must have some experience in a Helpdesk role. This is for contract and contract to hire roles starting in August. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overnights and weekends.
Some job duties:
- Professional experience in a desktop Environment: Windows, 7, 8, 10
- Experience with Active Directory Management & Maintenance
- Trouble Ticket & Incident Response Management & Reporting
- Understands Networking, Switches, Routers, WiFi, etc
- Office 365, Exchange Online
- Network and Desktop Printer Support & Management
- Virtual servers, network and server connectivity.
- Mobile Device Support, Apple & Android
- Degree preferred
- Passion for IT!
