Our designers are responsible for creating fresh, engaging, often disruptive visual communications. You'll work hand-in-hand with our creative team, led by our Creative Directors, as well as collaborating cross functionally with all of our agency disciplines. You'll be given direction and often help shape strategy, but you are key to owning the end product and deliverable from initial concepts, all the way through final production files. Everyone plays a critical role daily in making us who we are, and in turn, providing solutions needed for our clients goals and successes.
Create innovative designs for a variety of projects and clients spanning both traditional and digital outputs. From building websites to supporting events, marketing/creative campaigns, product launches, web/digital assets and internal programs right through to execution. We are not looking for a decorator. You must be able to think and work conceptually -- and make it look great. You're confident when designing and presenting work, yet humble enough to take direction when it's necessary. You're hungry to learn and push your skillsets. You possess a skillset with sensibilities for type, proportion, composition and visual precision. You have at least 1-3 years of experience working in the industry and a portfolio that displays all of the things we just mentioned above.
Having a sense of humor is fantastic, as well as a working knowledge of all industry-related programs and ability to collaborate.
Strong skills in the Adobe suite. Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD a plus.
Strong knowledge skills about design best practice and production.
Strong personal project management and organization skills.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Willing to constantly improve.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to prioritize and complete work assignments and projects in timely fashion.
Effective reading and communication skills.
Digital process and cross-platform design preferred.
Understanding of system design and brand consistency key.
Knowledge and portfolio that shows brand stewardship for multiple clients.
Education and Experience:
BS, BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts with Design emphasis
1-3 years experience working in the industry
Portfolio that showcases high level creative output/deliverables
