Job Description

IT Support Specialist works with staff to setup and manage Windows, Macs, devices, and phones along with associated software and cloud services in Office 365, Active Directory, and Adobe Cloud.

  • Provision hardware and software for Windows and Apple platforms including mobile devices. 
  • Manage accounts and features in Office 365, Active Directory, and Adobe Cloud. 
  • Configure VOIP phones and administer cellular and data plans for staff iPhones. 
  • Provide audio and visual technical assistance for meetings. 
  • Troubleshoot printers, projectors, laptops, and desktops. 
  • Support staff with a variety of help desk tickets and IT requests. 
  • Fulfill IT requirements and support for trade shows. 
  • Implement and further adoption of cloud services, especially Sharepoint and OneDrive.
