Ledgent Technology is now hiring a Project Manager for our client in Irvine, California.

The Role
Managing Project implantable products that are being improved for manufacturability within the medical device and life sciences industries.

Job Requirements

The Responsibilities
Determines and discerns detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes.
Facilitates the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations.
Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications.
Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems.
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
