Responsibilities: 

· Manage servers, including e-mail, print and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software. 
· Manage security solutions, including firewall, Content filters, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. 
· Manage network hardware and equipment, including routers, ASA firepower, SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco routers, Juniper/HP switches. 
· Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices. 
Administer equipment, hardware and software upgrades; maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information; Administer and maintain Active Dir user accounts, permissions, and access rights; Perform system backups and recovery. 
· Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports, and recommend, schedule, and perform system/network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. 

Technical Skill/Experience Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience. 
- Working technical knowledge of Networking, Active Directory, MS Server 2008/ 2012, MS SQL 2008/2012, and windows 7/8/10. 
- VMWare, Veeam/Symantec backup, SAN, Nagio, monitoring tool are a plus 
- Cisco Call Manager experience is a plus 
- Strong written and oral communication skills 
- Strong interpersonal skills 
- Highly self motivated and directed. · 
- Detail oriented. 
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. · 
- Strong customer service orientation. · 
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
- Passion in learning new technology
