Job Description

One of our premier cloud computing software clients is looking for an IT Systems/Support Analyst to join their growing, fast pace team in Kirkland, WA. This is a 6+ month contract and is $30-34/hr. DOE.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide world-class customer service and professionalism
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive to swift resolution
  • Provide technical support, training and guidance to staff in both local and remote locations
  • Troubleshoot and install of operating system and software application issues
  • Transfer data between and rebuild of staff systems (cross-platform)
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues
  • Troubleshoot network printing issues
  • Troubleshoot multi-function print systems
  • Lift server or computer equipment weighing up to 45lbs.
  • Work closely with management and other teams to support company wide projects
  • Manage and maintain inventory of company assets, systems and peripherals
Skills:    
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
  • Ability to interact with business end-users at all levels of the organization, Project Coordinator, and end-user back-office provisioning team
  • Able to perform with little instruction on day-to-day operations and general instruction on new assignments from management
  • Reliable, dependable, and skilled deployment and migration technician
  • Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS , MS Office 365, Active Directory, software, Windows domain networking, local area networking
  • Experience with SaaS cloud base application.
  • Experience with current desktop, laptop, peripheral technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Environment.
  • System imaging and deployment tools
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Mac and PC platforms)
  • Experience with remote management systems
  • Directory Services systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and task planning skills
  • Strong aptitude to learning new technologies
  • Strong propensity to work in fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
  • Mac certified preferred but not required
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred but not required
