Job Description

One of our top, innovative cloud software clients is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join their growing, fast pace team in Santa Clara. This is a 12 month contract and is $40/hr. DOE.  

Description:

  • Hands on experience on resolving L1 & L2 Support tickets preferably using ServiceNow.
  • Well versed with configurations and integrations involved against Apps Support
  • Good understanding of data flows and workflows for integrations and applications
  • Catalog mappings between third part tools 
  • Replicating any issues and fixing bugs
  • Knowledge on the workflow, catalogs, server configuration and data to resolve.
  • Work closely with other global teams and 3rd Party vendors.
  • Hands on experience in configuring the chat queues and adding them to the ML queues.
  • Troubleshooting the chat issues.
  • Severity 1 and 2 incidents -cover on any system critical issues such as major performance issues. 
  • First line of contact after new releases have been implemented.
  • Drive Improved processes - participating in ITIL based operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate collaboration and understanding across technologies within team to deliver required service; participating in cross training where applicable to meet demand. 
  • Apart from the above roles and responsibilities, the resource should also be open to work in the role of a QA as needed.
