Our client who is a leader in biopharmaceuticals is currently seeking a hybrid communications specialist in Boca Raton FL.

Job Description:

The Communications Specialist researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains, and implements policies and programs to enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government, regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees. They deliver communications through various media, coordinate dissemination of organizational information, and engage with new or trade media contacts, special events, public speaking, or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives. Additionally, they prepare training classes, lead training activities, and assess student performance. This role also involves the development and delivery of organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

* Experience in Change Management

* Familiarity with ADKAR Methodology

* Training/Teaching experience in a Corporate Setting

* Strong Communication Skills
